Angry customer 😤

I went to Pep bluedowns today to send my order via paxi. I showed my order to the cashier Kaesha and she brought small plastic amd ask do I want 5to7 days or 3to5days. I said 3to5days. I ask her will the small plastic fit she said yes. We went along. After paying for the plastic to put my order the plastic broke and the lady who I'm assuming is the manager ***nor said we no longer will be able to use the plastic is broken buy another one. Another cashier said to me. It can be closed coz it's not that broken . But the manager insisted. I'm so ****ed ryt now. That I had to pay for 2plastic instead of 1 bcoz of your staff lack of knowledge and manager incompetence. No more will I be sending my staff with your store ever
