Angry customer

I went to PEP in Ellof and Jeep street Johannesburg for cashback. Walter, the manager insisted that I purchase an item worth R50 to get cashback. PEP, why do you force people to buy something from your stores in order to get cashback! Why do you advertise that people can make withdrawals from your till point when honestly you want to rob people in buying things they never planned for! If that the case please be CLEAR about it and DISPLAY it. "NO CASHBACK UNLESS YOU PURCHASE ITEMS WORTH R50 OR MORE"😡😡😡😡😡
