Angry and disapoited customer

Hi On saturday 26-01-2019. I went to pep store park station to send my parcel paxi when i arrive it was 15h00 and i ask for paxi the MOD by the name of PHUMZILE told me to go to the other pep becourse she is busy. I told her that i cant go to the other store coz my parcel its a lot i will need some one to help me carry it,instead let me sort out what am sending and when am done i will call you to come and assist . When i call her to come and assist me she shouted from the office that she told me that she is still busy i must go to the other pep,and we will wait for her until she finished her so called paper work. She started to assist us at 16h30 . And when i ask for her manager number she gave me her office number in other words she was telling me that she is her own boss at PEP store.
