What a bad service i got from Pep cell Nokqubela... I bought a phone early this year a Samsung few months later the phone was not working... Went there to lay a complaint they told me i should book in in for 5 weeks, So while i was waiting for that 5 weeks i decided to buy another phone there guess what?? a month later it gave me the same problem. I lost almost R4000 and today am without a phone thanks to Pep.
