Angry

I bought Bluetooth headphone at Goldfilds mall pepcell in welkom and when I opened them they didn't go on, didn't even show the red button to show they are flat or full, so I tried to charge them the whole night and still they ddnt show anything, red or green, nothing so I decided to return them. When I got there, I explained to the lady called Tumi and she said my slip look old and that the headphones look old too, I told her I found them like that and she gave me the most stinking attitude ever... She called her fellow worker which I didn't catch her name, she just throw the headphones at me and said that I broke the headphones and that they won't help me... I explained to her that I didn't do anything to the headphones and she told me to leave because they won't help me..
