************** and body shaming my 3 year old daughter

I was at Pep Store in Flagstaff, the branch in main street (14/07/2024). I had such a bad experience, not only did we wait in a long queue, with noone advising us what's happening at the tills, with only one cashier. On my way out, there was a girl opening accounts, wearing black pants and black tshirt and a security guard, This girl body shamed my daughter and called her names, I asked her to stop, instead the security guard joined in the body shaming and name calling, I reprimanded them, saying 'Body shaming isn't right, I can take them to court' 'This girl started with calling my child Ntifintifi, continued with more body shaming words, Ntifelele, Sintifiza... and they were giggling with the security guard, If I were not with my daughter I would have reacted physically as I was greatly offended, I'm bringing up a girl child, building her self-esteem, and there are adults who come and insult her, who by the way are at their workplace. I doubt pep promotes this kind of behavior from their employees, and these two need to be disciplined accordingly. I need to bring my daughter with when I do her shopping, to avoid exchanging some items, and I cannot experience the same behavior of ************** and body shaming from your staff PEP store.
