I went to buy a mobile phone for a very good friend. Firstly I went to PEP CELL and met up with a very unprofessional and irritated assistance. I was asking relevant questions and she was impolite. I told my friend that we must leave. We immediately went to PEP Store near Checkers at Green Acres. We were immediately met with a friendly, polite and professional assistant.She assisted with the purchase. Shanta was her name. At the cashier we were met by Lindy, again so polite and friendly and assisted withe process of registering the ph etc. I thanked her and made her aware that her services were excellent.Het name was Lindy. A big big appreciation for a job well done. I wish they could read this
