An employee at pep store called me crazy and urgued with me and it is the second time at a different pep store

Some of pep employees go back and forth with their customers . Today I went to a different pep store the employee urged with me which was not the first It is the second time which makes me wonder if they go for training or of they know that they are untouchable and there are no consequences for their their behaviour Seeing an employee urguing with a customer is not normal but it seems as if at pep store it's not a problem.
