Amplify Crest Wired Headphones

Poor Quality? Wired headphones bought on Tuesday 23 September broke earlier this evening when my daughter simply placed them on her head. She really was happy with the set upon purchase just be sad and disappointed tonight. Bought it from PeP Kuils River but the slip is no where to be found.
