Amanda V, the game changer at PEP

I have had problems in closing my credit facility [PEP card] for 3 weeks or so. This morning I had the pleasure of the absolute breathtaking service rendered by Amanda V. My account was closed within 7 minutes. Wow, what a moment of magic.

She was absolutely efficient and clinical, and received a confirmation e-mail within 5 minutes after closing the conversation on WhatsApp.

I am so delighted that there's still such a phenomenon as service par excellence.
