Always no stock

I saw on Facebook today the printed scatter cushions for R11.99 and then I asked my husband to go buy, he was told before 5pm it's old stuff (he showed them the ad), yet the date says till the 23rd November, how quick can stock be sold if I only saw the ad today and to top it off for that staff not to know its a current promotion is not acceptable. Once again when you shop in Mitchell's Plain then its "Out of stock".
