ALMOST ASSAULTED BY THE GUARD & MANAGER REFUSED TO SERVE ME!

I just got the most disgusting service ever in my life, did I mention I was also almost jumped at!

So I go to a Pep Cell store in town CBD (Durban) at the corner of Queens Street to buy myself some airtime. The lady who is a security guard was standing outside, opposite the store, amongst people who were buying on the street vendor (so she just blended with them?), as I walked inside the store, this security guard lady (who is wearing all black and no badge, you could not tell who she is or even tell which security company she works for) started talking to me from across, I couldn't even make out what she was saying, neither could I see she works inside the store, so she shouts at me from outside, I ignored her and walked in. The lady who is a cashier inside told me to go sanitize. As I proceeded to do so, it was only then I noticed that the lady from outside is a security guard and was also trying to tell me to sanitize.

So I asked the security, how are we suppose to know she is working inside the store if she is standing away from it. That's when all hell broke loose. She asked me who the hell am I to ask her that, she said I mustn't come with attitude and tell her how to do her job.

While that was happening, other customers were now coming inside the store, and not sanitizing because she was now fight with me and forgetting she has a job to do.

Mluleki, the store manager came out and tried to calm the situation by wanting to explain to me why the security was standing outside, I was just having non of it because I felt it was wrong and here I am being shouted at for sanitizing while other people were now coming in and not doing the same thing that I'm shouted for. The security lady even wanted to hit me and was stopped by this one customer.

Mluleki being a manager that he is, did not want to serve me afterwards but served other customers that came after me. Mluleki, the security guard and the lady that was serving in the other till literally attacked me cause I stood up for myself.

My rights were violated and I was almost assaulted inside the Pep store. I would like this matter to be addressed according as I am a very loyal Pep customer.
