Shameless very shameless,. I am paying my account monthly without missing any payments yet my balance remains the same the explanation I got was I missed a month when I have them prove I got a lousy excuse that the paym3nybwas delayed front the shop I don't know how that is supposed to be my problem where I will be charged interest because of technicalities. The call center is not even giving sound reasons and blaming me as If I work for Pep. I am not going to take this lying down I won't be ****med by Pep I may taking this to the consumer commission I bet I am not the only elderly person they are doing this. This is outrageous! They don't even deserve a single star, a quarter of it should be enough.
