Advice on product conplain

Just want to give a big heads up at the new rules of pep head office apparently. I recently bought my daughter shoes from them and accually wanted to just exchange the next day and the refuse to exchange although it still had all tags on but didn't have slip anymore. Please advice me head office on what do I now do with the product now?
