Accused of theft

I've never been so humiliated like this on the 6th August 2020 wanted some stuff at pep after paying was told to come to store room was searched told the reason I'm searched it's a tipoff and that I've been at the store for so long so that means I'm a *****,asked to check cameras before I can be searched told no records can only get those at head office I even asked for a refund while at the till still this woman continues to humiliate me saying she did not search our bags now in front of the customers.
