***** account

This is with utter frustration that a credit provider ruin your credit report as if it's nothing South Africans already have it difficult to build and maintain a good credit scores. In November a *****ulent PEP account was opened in my name. I logged a dispute immediately after I've noticed. Their service is so bad they never communicated a reference number or the outcome, I had to call several times to follow up. The dispute was eventually resolved in my favor. I asked the agent on call why does it show I'm making payments towards this account when I'm not, she advised the system generate payments not to negatively affect me. A month later to my surprise this very same account which was supposed to be removed from my report now shows I'm in arrears for months. I have emailed them from Sunday till now no one responded back...this is not fair and will definitely not leave it
