Access denied to support PEP

Good afternoon,

last week and Thursday we visited the PEP store at Towers (Bloemfontein) and I was denied access because I did not want to make use of the sanitize product at the door. I explained that I cannot make use of the products anymore due to a skin condition which is a product of every store that make use of their own products at the door. We usually spend R5000+ at any PEP when we buy clothes for the kids and on the spot we have decided not to make use of PEP anymore due to the treatment we have received. We did wear masks etc and I DO wash my hands regularly with dermalogically approved products. Should we rather support the competition?
