Absolutely no customer service from Pep

Purchased a STYLO S551 from Pep Stores in Kentani, 3 months ago. The screen has cracked accidentally and I phoned them to find out where I can take the phone for repairs. I was told that the phone has been discontinued and they do not have any spares. Was given two numbers in JHB who say that they cannot assist. How can Pep sell a product and three months later there is no customer support for their broken products. This is how the average man gets abused by big national companies like Pep. They have my money, so why should they worry about my broken phone. This is one customer who will NEVER shop at Pep again
