Absolutely humiliated and harassed by manager of the store

Hi i recently went to pepstores at signet terrace and have been humiliated and harassed terribly by the manager of the store. I was busy shopping with my little sister (10) and my son (4) while shopping still my sister went to the fitting room still to fit on a onezy she wanted me to buy and my son wanted to fit on wear the new shoe so me thinking it would be okay seeming that im going to pay for it. I went there with the intention of paying ofcourse and while i was still shopping adding things to my basket the manager of the store came to me and told me that i was *****ing and startwd pushing me around calling me a ***** and grabbed my basket telling me that i should pay for everything i took in the basket and i told her i wasnt *****ing im still shopping she told ne shw doesn't care and pushed ne towards the till where sje forces me to pay for everything which came out to almost a R1000. I paid for it so she can she that i wasn't there to *****, she pushed my kids around and made them sit on the floor like two beggars and refused to give me the stuff paid for keeping it behind the till and told the cashier not to give me my change as well telling her to keep it. She said maybe if i apologize for having an attitude then she'll think about giving me my stuff so i went to her and said "i apologize for being rude or having attitude now can i please have the stuff i stole and paid for seeming that you say im *****ing in your shop" and she used vulgur language calling me names and telling me what a useless mother i am and denied me of my stuff and told me to leave the shop wothput another word. In the time i was shopping i didn't leave the store not once in order for her to tell me im *****ing. Please help me. As i dont know what I am supposed to do in this situation.
