Absa cashsend via PEP

My helper deposited money with ABSA cash send via PEP on the 27 Oct 2025. She used the PEP in Retail Park East London (5595) to send money to her husband in the Transkei. Her husband claims that he never received any money when he tried to do the withdrawal. When she went to enquire at an ABSA branch, they told her that the money was withdrawn at the same PEP store where she did the deposit. This doesn't make any sense because the husband is in the Transkei and she is in East London.
