A very unhappy customer

Pep at Tshwane regional mall they are telling me that i should return the item to the pep that i bought it at, she said her name is Lethabo though she didn't have a name tag on. These things usually happen in the townships only, they will never tell you that at the burbs. Last time it was the pep home same mall, they don't respect us, or is it a new return policy? I would not recommend this store and i think i should close my account with you as it will no longer work for me
