A team going the extra mile

On 16 January 2018, I visited the PEP store in Laingsburg to buy a pul***** for my kid whom started a new school. When I arrived, there were no stock in his size and was then assisted by the store manager and an assistant. They ensured me that they are awaiting stock but will let me know as soon as it arrive- which they did within 2 hours!!! Their service was beyond going the extra mile and such service should be recognized!!! Thank you very much Janet and the other lady whom assisted (am sorry that I did not took her name)!!!!
