A Struggle PEP and Vodacom tablet promotion

I bought a tablet at PEP on promotion that includes free data. To this day the data is still not received. I'm being sent from pillar to post and its almost been a month struggling like this. I've exhausted all methods to try and resolve this matter between PEP and Vodacom but to no avail. I'm at a point where I feel that I'll be writing an email to ICASA and the NCR on this matter.<br> <br> Can Candice Petersen from Vodacom please CALL ME BACK URGENTLY. I have tried to contact her but I don't know how as she did not leave her contact details on her last response to my report.
