A lady by the name of "Zaza" at PEP store in Northgate was extremely rude and disrespectful towards customers

The store was about to close when she loudly shouted at the door that she was to and customers are taking their time, she rudely said that she has no time to wait for slow customers who do not know what they want and the tone of voice and the manner she was going on was atotal disrespect to customers. I was wnat this be escalated as when i aresponded to her was that why is she shouting because she had laready closed the door and tere was only two customer on the queue waiting to pay, shwa sfurther shouted my children saying they were not raised well, this is when the child who was already outside trying to open the door that was closed. This happened because one male customer came while the door was already closed and requested to come in which she opened but when the my child wanted to come in the store beacuse it was still inside she refused and commented very rude. This is not the type of behaviour an employee of PEP should display to the customers, she was very aggressive in talking and extremely rude, i actually left the things was supposed to pay and advised i will be back the next day. This was such a bad service that one unhapy customer tells so many other customers and PEP store customer rating drops.
