A cashier at pep home vryheid is a devil incarnate

Beware of a cashier at pep home Vryheid, she is toxic. I was at this store on the 1st of September 2022 to buy a few things and also withdraw (cash out) money that was sent to me via pep cash send services. A cashier by the name of Nonhlanhla was so rude to me, for a moment I thought I was dreaming. The situation escalated so much in such a way that she told me I want money that I don’t even have (because she swiped my card instead of cashing out the money I had come to collect), she also said she doesn’t have time for customers who don’t have money and so many other derogatory things about me in front of everyone (other customers included). To be honest, in my history of shopping, I have never been this disrespected. I felt like I did a crime by entering this store and was filled with so much regret because she crushed my spirit and completely spoilt my day. The following day I went to report her to her manager and instead for her to apologize, she was still talking over me while I was explaining what happened to the manager (very rude and narcissistic). It seems like pep home just took some wild animal with zero manners and zero peoples’ skill and gave it a job to abuse people. I mentioned her (and the whole scenario) to my cousin and it turns out that a couple of her colleagues have had an encounter with this monster and they all hate her.

I suggest anyone who is having a good day and don’t want it spoilt avoids this store altogether because it’s not guaranteed which cashier you will deal with. Pep home is a terrific store but NOT when we have to be abused like we are getting the things we buy for free… Any sane worker knows the importance of customers but this brainless one has no idea obviously and she will cost the store loyal customers slowly but surely because there is always alternative stores. We go there because we like to not because we have to…
