I am so disappointed and horrified at the treatment I received at Pep store Hazyview today.One of the employees who had a name badge written Lorraine hurled insists at my 11 year old son as he walked in behind me jolting a plastic bag.She yelled at him instead of explaining that all parcels should go yo the parcel counter,I then approached her and asked why she's hurling insults instead of explaining, she proceeded to say that we are black so we should know that our parcels must be placed at the counter prior to entry.What kind of ****** policy is this that only applies to black people and did you train your staff to be rude cause I'm black?
