My name is Nomfundo, on the 20/02/2018 i purchased a cell phone, the amount of product was R1500.00 For my brother when i get home he said i choose a wrong phone then I return the Cell phone to the pep store on the 21 /02/2018 to Exchange it, the lady who was assisting me she said they won’t able to assist me due to there is no defaults with the phone now I am stuck with the products that doesn’t satisfied our needs
