3rd time complaining but no help. you don't value.

This is the 3rd time I'm complaining and no help. They called and said they will fix it and give back my money. Bt nathing. I called again today still nothing. One guy from pep said it not their problem that the dstv is not playing. Really ?? It your emplooyee who did this. Why seel dstv if you don't knw the meaning of customer service , customer is king ? Do we mean anything to you as customers or is it just about the money ?
