3 WEEK LATE PACKAGE

I was sent a package on the 9th of July and it was supposed to be delivered to me 3-5 days ,maximum, later but I still haven’t received it and they have not given me any feedback as to where my package is. I’m very upset as that package has very personal valuables that I need ASAP. Today is the 29th of July and I have run out of patience. If anyone has any solutions,here is my tracking number: D***.
