2nd time around bad service

<p>I went to Pep store at Diepkloof Square to make a laybye of 2 sets of pyjamas for my sons. A guy by a name of Senzo told me its 3 items upwards to laybye. I took a pair of briefs to add on my pyjamas, when I arrived at the cashier she told me underware is not included in a laybye because its always available in the store. Really now? what if I don't get the size next time I want that underware? I was so angry that I left everything there & had to leave without my laybye. Its 2nd time this store has issues about my laybyes. Im going to stop shopping at this store because with other branches I never got such a service.</p>
