I went to Pep store Westgate mall to laybe a cellphone for my nanny. I was assisted by the lady by the name of Karabo. She took my ID opened an application of a rent to buy cellphone of which I didn't know about. She further explained that at Pep you can laybe a cellphone and go home with the cellphone. I was shocked with that and asked her numerous why does this laybe feels like a credit, she guaranteed me that it is a laybe and we can go home with a cellphone. I further asked her if my ID won't be affected on credit, she assured me that it won't since it's a laybe. Went home with a cellphone, after 7 days cellphone was locked. That when I discovered that there's a weekly payment that was needed and that it's a rent to buy contracts. I called pep store they told me that they won't be able to help me it is Pay joy contract, I was so confused because I went to Pep store to be assisted, nobody told me about pay joy I did not even know what was Pay joy. I checked with credit score now I am listed, the consultant did admit after I called her that she made a mistake by not explaining to me about this contract. Nobody wants to assist me. I told them that I want the contract canceled and refund. Pay joy and Pep nobody wants to assist me, now my name under bereu is listed because of their consult Karabo who does admit that she did *****.
