I can't begin to describe the poor service i got from Pep cell in Braamfontein on the 3rd of August i purchased a phone from them, for the past 7 days the phone has been saying emergency calls. I then decided to take the phone back to them so that they can check what could be the problem i was asked to bring it to the store , box and the slip. Unfortunately i lost the slip but i made the card payment had my bank statement that shows the transaction on the day but the cashier told me that they can't even do a re print of the slip as she stated that it's the system...So i bought a phone that am not even using how is that Customer Centric for such a big company that has been in business for decades..am honestly not happy because now am unable to even afford buying a new phone
