20 minutes to go...means I have 20 more minutes to shop!!

Our shopping experience at Pep Home Westage today was a joke. We got there around 4 to see one cashier working while the others were cleaning.... minutes later, at 16:42 to be exact, we came back to closed doors! Almost 20 minutes prior to closing time!!! And though there were people inside, they looked at us and ignored us - as if to say "we're not gonna open". That really wouldn't have been a problem...but the closing time is 17:00!! I was really disappointed with the service and really wish people in the service sector could just render a proper service !!
