I’m having a complaint with Pep Store (ifoni yam) I bought a phone on the 23 of November 2025.The Phone wasn’t working and on the 29 of November I took the phone back to the store they ask me to 350 admin fee for non –****ional phone . I Paid R580 (deposit)+R110 Insurance =690 I feel this is unfair.
