I entered this store "PEP" Cell Cosmo Mall at 13:49 18/08/2020 to buy Airtime. I was queuing behind a customer who was served by a no name tag cashier,When it was my turn to be served she just "banged " the Computer ,picked up her wallet and went outside saying its late now and hurling tantrums,i was left gaping at the burglars as she never said anything to me while i was at her counter,i stood like crazy at an empty counter,next to her workstation it was a cashier with a name tag written Queen helping other clients because its only two POS on this PEP Cell;,shouting complimenting this stinking behavior saying" you can show them,show them what you made off" i was totally shocked as i wasn't really getting the message if it was a fight between seniors and juniors how as customers got entangled in this,why is it our baby ,now we at a receiving end of this bad customer service. On my receipt the cashier is written SQUINA,while i was served by Queen.Sometimes some of this stores are opening late saying "Staff Training" on the door or window.But to Cosmo Mall PEP Cell; next to PICK N PAY and LEGIT Store its a total waste of funds as it does nothing while your cheque collectors called "cashiers" are banging computers right in our faces.Im flabbergasted by this,its appalling and shocking to say the list,what a waste of Human resources efforts,in competencies at its extreme,Government Departments can do better than this store.
