I've purchased a Mobicel phone at PEP Bellville in the Middestad Mall on Sunday the 9-06-19. The phone is a white elephant. I was told that I can return it to any PEP in the country. I took it to PEP Parow Centre the following day where I was told different. I then took it to PEP Kuilsriver and was told to return it to the Bellville store, now my 7 days is over and have to wait for 3weeks for it to be fixed. Why should I WAIT SO LONG FOR A PHONE? I didn't purchase a second hand phone. Why is it broken in the first place? The service is WOW! I'm ****ed.
