Rude staff with no Customer Service skills

I have never been this disappointed by the Staff members like the Staff from PEP Store in Middelburg CBD Store P373(SADC & Snyman Street) The Staff there is very rude and lack customer service. They just do not care about customers. They left us on a queue and went to the back for a very long time and when we ask the other Cashier there, she says "mina andi ngeni" meaning its none of her business that we are waiting there and not being assisted by her colleagues. They could not even give a damn when people started leaving the store because of waiting on a long queue with more than 6 staff members in the store but only 1 cashier helping people. PEP is a very big brand to be hiring such *********** staff members. Please make a plan. i left without being assisted with many other customers
