PEP STORE *****

My brother sent his girlfriend money @ the Adelaide branch, when the girlfriend went to withdraw the money at the West End shopping mall in Bethelsdorp, shop 6059 the Cashier Melissa assisted her and said the voucher number was invalid she tried several times to get it with no luck.

After all the attempts she called back to let us know what was going on. When we called customer service we found out that the voucher was retrieved at that Pep Stores.

The girlfriend never got the money and we want to know how that happened...

Please help if possible
