Great service,Happy customer

Good day. After reading so many negative reviews about Pep Phoenix Plaza,I would like to give a positive review.

I purchased a pair of school shoes in Dec, the shoe comes with a 6 month guarantee. My daughter used it for 3 months and it started opening up. I misplaced my slip and was hesitant to go back to the store for an exchange,because of reading the negative reviews,i thought they would not want to help me.

I therefore emailed customer care to see if i could get some help,although I didn't have my slip, Thulisile Bhungane from customer service gave me a call,and told me to go to the store and tell them i didnt have the slip,but need to exchange the shoe.

I went there today, 30 March 2025 and spoke to S'lungile Radebe who is the supervisor on duty today. I explained to her my situation and she was very pleasant and helpful. She explained store policy, but she gladly exchanged the shoe for me.

Thank you S'lungile Radebe for such a wonderful experience in your store today. Even the team you had working today where so friendly and helpful.

Sometimes we need to understand that people working in stores are not being unhelpful, they have store policys to follow.
