RUDE CASHIER

There is lady there zimkita Zim she has a bad attitude I went there to buy data so what they do if you are buying data or airtime they have separate lines so when I arrived there were people on the line for airtime so I queued and she was not the one helping at first and she arrived and say us and she said nothing when she was suppose to help us she said we must go to another queue mind you she never said anything to us yhooooo after I questioned what is doing she was so rude and shouting please PEP teach your staff customer service and how to talk to customers please
