Missing parcel

I recieved an sms that said my PAXI parcel order have arrived in store and when I went to collect on the system it showed that they received it but couldn't find it and when I was looking for solutions in store considering I won't be around I'm going back to Gauteng I was given run arounds by the manager (Abel) with so much attitude.
