Rude waiter

Please note that I was terribly hurt by your cashiers arrogance when I came to order at the Mabida stadium

We were a group of 10 and I went to cashier to place order as I wanted to pay for group

Cashier told me in an arrogant tone to go sit and waiter will come I tried to explain why I wanted to order at cashier and she said rudely said that I should go sit down

My sister was my witness as besides being rude she refuse to assist me

When I ask man on standby who is the supervisor that I need an apology then she refuse to say so. She walked away into the kitchen and refuse to listen to her supervisor as well.

I am told her name is Khowzi ntombela.

Customer service is important. Especially if it involves sales of the People Park Cafe.
