I wish I had taken my hard earned money elsewhere

I registered with Torque It to do a certification which is offered by PeopleCert. I wish I had taken my hard earned money to another recognised institution like the universities where I have originally enquired. I didn't pass the exams, and needed guidance and assistance after the exams to retake the exams, the support from the companies was absolutely terrible, it feels like my money was taken and now they could not care less. I am very disappointed indeed, it is a lot of money paid to be treated this way, if you want to study rather pay the little bit extra and know that you will get better service
