Bad Experience with PeopleCert Zendesk Suppport and their Proctor

I could not write my ITIL exam that was scheduled for 10:10 South African time. The M2M Client Proctor kept validating and mentioning that the camera streaming has been lost. I had to exit the M2M Client. When I tried to log back into the Exam Shield, it gave me a message that I do not have any upcoming exams. That meant that I could not proceed with my exam. I spoke to the Zendesk Support and apparently the Proctor could not see me and he eventually terminated the session. I had to reschedule at an additional cost. Candidate Number: ***
