Wonderful experience and speedy responses
Booked with PenTravel to Thailand and was assisted by Michelle Swanepoel. The process was very smooth and she was very helpful with giving multiple options and travel advise/tips where needed.
Vouchers and confirmation details were shared in advance and she also kept communication open even while we were in Thailand. Would definitely recommend and will be booking with them in the future.
