Willicia Jacobs, Somerset West Pentravel Saved the DAY!!!
Willicia has always gone above and beyond. She has helped us fly my parents to Canada twice now and she's really helped us incredibly.
This time around, KLM cancelled flights and rescheduled others resulting in a lot of stress for my parents - Willicia saved the day by finding a better flight path and excellent times between layovers, relieving my folks of a lot of stress and anguish allowing them to enjoy the rest of their visit, worry free!
Thanks Willicia! We'll definitely be using you yet again in the future!! We have also recommended you to friends and family members as well!
