Willicia Jacobs-Pentravel Pavillion
Definately Willicia Jacobs at Pentravel Pavillion. Her bubbly personality, her concern for our comfort, her prompt service is amazing. She just puts a smile on my face. My no. 1 go to person when I'm travelling.
