Willicia Jacobs at Pentravel Somerset is brilliant!
Willicia at the somerset branch was brilliant, I needed a flight to the UK last minute. Not only did she manage to find one which was nearly impossible but she did so at a great price! On top of that she was incredibly professional and friendly. Would recommend her to anyone!
