Thank you for the reply. It certainly makes a difference when your travel advisor is so knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. We went through 3 days of frustration with poor service from 3 different agents and finally found Willicia who came with excellent referrals and she has been phenomenal. Our trip is finally booked and we are at such ease because of her constant feedback. She certainly shines bright for Pentravel, and we will definitely use her again as a consultant. Regards Roxanne
