Will never recommend Pentravel

My gf, her sister and I are currently on holiday in Vietnam. We booked via Pentravel in Musgrave Centre in Durban. Upon contacting Pentravel do to this booking we were advised that the agent is very knowledgeable. Surprised to say that this was a total lie and I am absolutely disgusted at how badly this holiday has been planned. Being 3 Professionals that hold pivotal roles at our respective companies we trusted the agency and did not do our own research. A huge mistake on our side. Firstly we shud have been advised of any major events happening in the cities we are travelling to, for example we missed a huge MTV party in one city as we flew out. We are using Hong Kong as a connecting flight to return to SA, however was not offered to spend a few days there. During our city visits in Vietnam, we flew to a town (Dan Nang) 3 hours away from our city (Hue), then booked out on an early flight (9am) a few days later, without any travel nor being advised how far the city was. However upon arriving at our hotel we were advised that there is an airport in Hue n that there is no transport at 4 am to go back to Dan Nang.
